Our employee will check all items before shipped.If you received a defective item,we will exchange the other brand new replacement within 7days start from the delivery date.We will responsible for the shipping cost from our place to yours while buyer should pay the return cost.Mail us immediately once you find the products have problem,we will offer you a return number to send back the item,the item won't check and repair without the return number.

Remark:email us if you find any technical problem during installation.It's really our pleasure to show you and support you.Most of the problem is only the misuse and misunderstand how to use.please check carefully before sending the items back as we won't responsible for all the shipping cost if we found the product is not defected as you described.

Broken Item:
We check all our items before sending out,if you received an broken item
or missing item,please kindly keep all the package material,take photos and
send to us within 7days,We only accept those cases reported and provided photos
to us within 7days.We will help you claim damage or lost from courier company.
However,the courier company will take about 14~28 days to investigate the case.So
please to wait for the result.

The item's warranty becomes void:
(1) If damaged is caused by:Undue wear and tear,dirt,misused,improper installation or operation,neglect,accident.
(2) If the warranty seal is removed or damaged.
(3) If the item was opened,removed any parts of the item or repaired by unauthorized person.
